Return and Refund Policy

Struk Home

This policy applies to all purchases made through the Struk Home online store and complies with Shopify Payments requirements and EU consumer protection laws.

Right of Withdrawal (EU Customers)

In accordance with EU law, customers have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days without providing any reason.

The withdrawal period expires 14 days from the day the customer receives the goods.

Return Conditions

Returns are accepted only if:

Items are unused, unwashed, and in original condition;
Original tags are attached;
Items are returned in the original packaging;
The return is shipped within 14 days after requesting a return.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and consumer protection reasons, we do not accept returns of:

Underwear, swimwear, or intimate accessories if the hygiene seal has been removed;
Personalized or made-to-order products;
Gift cards;
Sale items, unless defective.

Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility;
If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, Struk Home will cover the return shipping costs.

Refunds

Once the returned items are received and inspected:

Refunds will be processed within 14 days;
Refunds are issued using the original payment method, as required by Shopify Payments;
Only the product value will be refunded (original shipping costs are non-refundable unless legally required).

We may withhold the refund until the items are received or proof of return shipment is provided.
